Return Process

  Log into your Tuvalum account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

  Packaging and Protection

  Secure your bike in its original Tuvalum protective box, ensuring all components are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  We will arrange for a specialized courier to collect the package from your doorstep at a time that fits your training schedule.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our mechanics verify the bike's condition matches our certification standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
